We do not give change or refunds on gift cards or e-gift cards.
Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card. The gift card will expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Please protect your card and treat it as cash we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards. The gift card can be used online at and is not valid in any Castore retail stores and excludes third-party outlets where Castore products are sold. 
You must have an email address to participate in the promotion (so that we can email the e-gift card reward).Only one gift card can be claimed per customer who completes a qualifying transaction, irrespective of the number of qualifying transactions.
To qualify for this Promotion you must purchase £80 or more on any products advertised on in multiple transactions totalling the value of the gift card online only. You will then be sent your unique £20 e-gift card code to use via email on Thursday 15th August 2022. To qualify for this Promotion you must be a new or existing Castore member and have purchased over £80 on to qualify for your £20 e-gift card. The Promotion is applicable to any qualifying transaction made within this time period. This £20 gift card redemption promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid for a limited period, starting 10am Monday 15 th August 2022 and ending 17:00pm 17th August 2022 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
